The location of the hotel is great, being close to the beach and just a short distance from South Beach. the view from the rooms is spectacular, with the sunrising over the beach.
The hotel lacks proper signage and communication channels to contact the front desk or host.

The location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit and there was a free bus service nearby. Being close to the beach was a major advantage for us. -We appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the area.
It was frustrating not having constant access to our car and having to rely on valet parking. The room we booked was too small to comfortably accommodate five people.
